Rather than “doing” anything, you simply rest — often lying down comfortably — while the sounds move through your body and space. Before Your Session
Before we begin, I take time to connect with you and understand your needs, intentions, and comfort level. This is a client-led space, so you are invited to share as much or as little as feels right. I will walk you through what the session may look like, answer any questions, and ensure you feel grounded and supported. Because I am a mobile provider, I will set up a calming environment within your space using my instruments and equipment to create a sense of ease and safety.
During Your Session
Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to you. Using sound and vibration, I create an immersive experience that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. You are always in control — you can shift positions, ask for adjustments, or pause at any time. My role is to hold a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where your body and energy can respond naturally, without pressure or expectation
After Your Session
Following the session, there is space to gently transition and reflect. You may feel relaxed, emotional, energized, or simply more grounded — all responses are valid. I offer optional time for integration, questions, or sharing if desired. I may also provide gentle suggestions for aftercare to support continued balance and alignment as you move back into your day.
