What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It’s based on the idea that our bodies carry energy, and when that energy becomes overwhelmed or out of balance — often from stress, life experiences, or emotional strain — it can impact how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Who is Reiki for?

During a Reiki session, I work with your energy in a calm, intentional way to support your body’s natural ability to rest, regulate, and restore itself. You don’t have to “do” anything — many people simply lie down, breathe, and allow themselves to receive. People often experience a sense of deep relaxation, grounding, or emotional release, though every experience is unique.

Before Your Session
Before we begin, I take time to connect with you and understand your needs, intentions, and comfort level. This is a client-led space, so you are invited to share as much or as little as feels right. I will walk you through the process and ensure you feel safe, supported, and at ease. I create a calming environment in your space so you can settle in comfortably.
During Your Session
Each Reiki session is intuitively guided and tailored to you. Through gentle, intentional energy work, I support relaxation, balance, and energetic flow. You remain in control at all times — you can ask questions, request adjustments, or pause whenever needed. My role is to hold a grounded, respectful space where your body and energy can respond naturally.
After Your Session
After the session, you’ll have time to slowly transition and integrate. You may feel relaxed, emotional, clear, or deeply grounded. I offer space for reflection and optional sharing, along with gentle aftercare suggestions to support continued alignment.
